i.ASSIST provides a complete issue logging and tracking service that enables you to access, view, update, attach documents and receive automated notifications of issues for your site.  The use of the on-line logging system will enable your issues to be dealt with quickly by the most appropriate investigation team providing a better service and an improved turnaround time.  i.ASSIST is accessed via the company website.

We recognise that providing customer services in a connected world creates the opportunity for faster response and resolution of application systems issues. We have successfully introduced i.ASSIST across the breadth of our customer base to improve the quality of service.
