iSOFT’s business processes have met the standards and requirements for ISO 9001:2000 certification.
The ISO 9001:2000 registration process included a review of the entire set of iQUALITY practices established by iSOFT across all of its technology platforms and business functions. Following a comprehensive review, iSOFT was recommended for approval by SGS Yardsley.
The existing ISO 9001:2000 registration covering the Manchester, Warrington and Banbury offices in the United Kingdom, has now been extended to the group's dedicated development centre in Chennai, India and covers all of iSOFT’s core product development activity, operational functions and adminsitrative departments.
The registration covers the design, development, sales and supply of computer software for: Patient Management; Laboratory Management and Clinical Management systems to the healthcare industry and for the installation, training, support and software maintenance of these products.
