A: More than 8,000 healthcare provider organisations in 27 countries rely on iSOFT applications to manage patient information and drive improvements in their core processes.

A: iSOFT is one of the world’s leading suppliers of healthcare IT applications to the whole health community of Primary Care and Secondary Care organisations.  Our key systems encompass the clinical, patient information, pathology, radiology and pharmacy applications in use today by the world’s leading healthcare organisations. Will my system integrate with an iSOFT product?
A: Our extensive domain expertise has seen iSOFT products successfully integrate with numerous systems and information repositories present throughout today's healthcare organisations.

Our vision of a united healthcare architecture has at its centre a belief that the best way to progress is for all systems involved to pass information between each other.  With this in mind we have developed all of our systems to deliver maximum benefit from existing installed systems.

Integration forms a key focus for iSOFT and we are actively involved with Health Language 7, and other industry and trade bodies dedicated to interoperability standards in healthcare IT.

A: iSOFT was listed on the London Stock Exchange in July 2000.

Where can I find information on the company's financial performance?
A: A variety of investor and company information tools are available in the Investor centre. These enable you to chart our progress since July 2000, when we listed on the London Stock Exchange. iSOFT’s Share information & interactive tools can be found in the Investor centre.

A: No, but to obtain a list of current vacancies, please email our HR contacts.

What format should my CV be in?
A: Please submit your CV in MS Word format (.doc), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), Rich Text format (.rtf) or plain text (.txt).

What if I don't hear from you?
A: iSOFT carefully considers each applicant for a variety of positions. However, we can only move forward with those candidates who appear to be the best match for each available position. If we don't contact you, your CV will remain on file, and we may consider you for other appropriate positions that may become available at a later stage.

How do I navigate around the iSOFT website?
A: The main navigational options are available from the top menu on the home page. When you are visiting any of the sections, navigation is either via the top menu, the left-hand-side menu, the menu at the bottom of the page or the site map. Sub-menus can be found in the boxes on the left-hand-side menus.

How do I search the iSOFT website?
A: The search box can be found in the top right-hand corner of each page. Simply type the keyword(s) into the box and press the ‘Go’ button. Fifty results are given per page and further pages can be viewed by pressing the ‘Next 50 hits’ or ‘Previous 50 hits’ buttons. Click on the title of the result to go to the specific page.

How do I subscribe to text alerts or email alerts?
A: You can subscribe to our text or email alerts from our Subscription service. This will allow you to subscribe to:
  • News alerts
  • Closing share price alerts (sent Mon-Fri at 17:00 hrs UK time)
  • Annual and interim reports alerts

Does the iSOFT website have a text only version?
A: Yes, this can be viewed by clicking on the Text only link at the bottom right of each screen.
