iSOFT increases Global Product Development Centre

iSOFT Group plc (iSOFT), the world’s leading supplier of modern innovative healthcare application software, today announced plans to expand its Global Product Development Centre, based in Chennai, to 800 employees by the end of this year.

Commenting on the decision to double its Chennai workforce Tim Whiston, iSOFT’s CEO said, “From our dedicated application development centre in Chennai, iSOFT is able to leverage major competitive advantage in bringing leading-edge technology solutions to market with unprecedented speed. Continued investment in India contributes significantly to maintaining our application leadership position, with our Chennai operation serving as the Group’s R&D centre for next-generation products.”
