LORENZO Primary Care previewed at iSOFT User Group

iSOFT, leader in the provision of advanced application solutions for healthcare economies around the world, unveiled its revolutionary Primary Care application, LORENZO Primary Care, at the iSOFT User Group Primary Care (iSUG PC) Annual Conference in October.

iSUG PC consists of iSOFT user customers from Primary Care including GPs, nurses, practice managers, IT managers, administrators and representatives from PCTs. Through a series of seminars and workshops, iSOFT demonstrated new functionality and developments in existing products and gave delegates an introduction to LORENZO Primary Care, iSOFT’s new strategic solution for the primary care component of care communities. The sessions proved extremely popular and additional presentations were organised at short notice to accommodate the overwhelming demand.

Functionality demonstrated included booking appointments, viewing patient record journals, entering clinical notes, viewing medication details, viewing results and making referrals. Details were also provided, covering additional functionality currently in development for the entry of clinical notes and the management of quality and outcomes framework data and reporting.
