After completing a number of new contracts in the last few weeks of 2006, iSOFT Deutschland GmbH started the year with renewed strength and confidence. The specialist in healthcare IT systems has signed numerous contracts with clinics throughout Germany as well as with international customers.
There were several new contracts in the laboratory and radiology sector, where iSOFT was able to extend its leading position. iSOFT Deutschland has won orders worth €6 million during the past quarter. Kreiskliniken (district clinics) Reutlingen decided to implement iSOFT’s laboratory management solution, LabCentre, at its facilities in Reutlingen, Bad Urach and Münzingen. The private Russian lab group, KDL-Test, in Moscow will also be relying on Germany’s leading lab solution at several facilities. The iSOFT Group decided to establish the lab management solution developed by its German subsidiary as the global standard for the entire group of companies in the future. Effective immediately, Katholische Kliniken (Catholic Clinics) Essen Nord will be using iSOFT’s radiology information system, RadCentre, at all of it locations. Radiologie (radiology centre) Passau now counts on iSOFT’s eHealth solution to link up its four branch locations in Straubing, Altötting, Vilshofen and Rotthalmünster. iSOFT technology will be instrumental in establishing a central master patient index (MPI) for all patients in the medical group so that data can be reliably accessed at all times. DRK Klinikum (German Red Cross Cliic) Lichtenstein ordered a complete hospital information system (HIS), and more than half a dozen additional contracts were signed with German customers in these product areas. “All of this was a terrific way to end the old year and start the new year on a positive note,” said Peter Herrmann, CEO of iSOFT Deutschland. “We plan to keep to the same vein and are committed to continuing this successful trend.” For further information, please contact: |
