IBA Offer: Scheme of Arrangement published

iSOFT has published final details of the Scheme of Arrangement, under which a wholly-owned subsidiary of IBA Health will acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of iSOFT, creating one of the largest international providers of healthcare information systems.
