IBA offer: Court hearing adjourned

On 20 July 2007, the board of iSOFT announced a recommended cash offer for iSOFT by CompuGROUP UK Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of CompuGROUP Holding AG) to be effected by means of a scheme of arrangement and that the board had withdrawn its recommendation of the all-share offer by IBA Health (UK) Holdings Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of IBA Health Limited) to be effected by means of a scheme of arrangement.

The court hearing to sanction the IBA scheme, which had been scheduled for today, 25 July 2007, was this morning adjourned generally.
