iSOFT today announces that, by mutual agreement, Ravi Kumar has decided to leave his role as Chief Technology Officer and the Board of iSOFT at today’s date. Ravi joined KPMG’s healthcare information systems business in 1992 and was part of the original management team involved in the buy-out from KPMG in 1998, from which iSOFT was formed. The Board would like to thank Ravi for his contribution to the product development strategy of iSOFT over many years and in particular for his vision in creating the framework design of LORENZO. Since the company will be focused on product delivery for the next two to three years, the post of Chief Technology Officer will not be replaced at the present time.
